	Story Behind the Song I wrote this after I'd gotten out of the Army... I'd just broken up with a long-time girlfriend and was feeling confused about life. I had taken a road trip, and one night I simply FELT this presence outside my room. The song just came out then, in about five or ten minutes. It's about cold and death. It sat for about 2 years until I finally recorded it last summer. A note about the vocals: At the time, I had a really, really, crappy mic with do dynamic versatility whatsoever, so the vocals are barely intelligable. I apologize. What is cool, though, is that I did one vocal track by myself, and called Joe a couple days later to do another. I liked his better, but on a lark, I played them simultaneously, and it sounded great... so we left it at that.
