	VISIT is the central item around which the other three pieces are arranged and from which they derive their mood and most of their thematic material. An sense of calm is established at the outset despite a busy cascade of notes from the harp. With support from woodwind and strings, and punctuated by the celeste, a theme is described on acoustic guitar over this soft carpet of notes

	Story Behind the Song Although consisting entirely of digital samples, the music is confined to a small group of conventional sounding instruments and a string section. The individual titles of these pieces and the overall title ‘Visitor’ are intended to provoke the imagination without being too specific. After about a minute and a half the English horn leads the way into a swaying middle section which has a different feel, though the tempo actually remains the same. With further support from woodwind and strings, this section is allowed to build before the guitar returns to reassert and conclude the main tune over the relentless harp.
