	Story Behind the Song "Shadow Walking" had been in the works for months before being snuck into sets at shows starting in the early part of 2002. While the song got a good crowd response, the band didn't think that it had reached full maturity. They took it out of the set list after a few shows and played around with some ideas. The song was continually tweaked until the Fall of 2002, when it finally became the song it is today and was added to the set list at all shows. Most of the tweaking involved finding the right "hardness" that the song should be. Early on, it was too hard and clashed a little with some of the band's other songs. Today, it still encompasses that power and energy, but the hard rock guitar sound has been replaced with a punkier, grunge element. Recording the song was a tad difficult to nail, especially with the Intro portion, which required perfect timing on drums and the rest of the instruments.
