	Story Behind the Song Echelon is the name of a top secret international project that is designed to scan cell phones, emails, etc for anything dark and dangerous. Interestingly enough, I wrote the lyrics back in '99 when it was first implemented. Since then there was this event called 9/11. My eternal patiotism swelled to new heights. And I struggled with the thought of including it on the CD, wondering if I should re-evaluate my feelings on the matter. When all is said and done, though, I'd rather live in a free society than in a falsely "safe" one. Lyrics What are you saying?
