	Story Behind the Song Remember to Rise was written in response to a dream I had about sailing. In the dream, my friend Joanna and I took sailing lessons from a blond, rugged sailing instructor named Michael. He was very strict, and wore a steel grey wetsuit with racing stripes. When we went out in a little sunfish, I dove off the side and found I could breathe underwater. I noticed that a storm was coming and decided to stay there to wait out the storm, but Michael pulled me back up and made me sail back.
