	Story Behind the Song I created the music before the lyrics. The beat gave me a certain vibe which I described as a feeling of being in a state of emergency. I decided this would be the name of the song. I wrote the lyrics on my apartment balcony in about 1-1/2 hours. I recorded it August 8, 2001. It took about two days to record because I wanted to come back and polish up my flow ( I'm very picky about vocals). This was written battle rap style, very lyrical, it just so happened quite a few of the lyrics came to pass.
