	Story Behind the Song This song was written in the long cold winter of 2002 in a very dark coffee shop called Common Grounds. One night, a girl that I once was in love with walked in, at the worst time possible. She approached me as if she never killed my very being. When she left I stayed at the coffee shop until 5 in the morning writing these lyrics. Lyrics See me sitting here, don't you? I looked up from my gloomy mood and saw you. The last thing that I need on a day that's done nothing but go wrong. And there you are, you are standing up I've looked too long and now you're making your way to my dark table. Invaded by the very thing I hide from, I wish I had a trap door... To avoid what I know I'm in for right now. Understand that I am breaking effortlessly, like you once broke my heart. I don't really feel like faking a smile just to open up the wounds that I have been holding closed for so long. You know I missed you when you walked away. But now, I hate you as you walk my way.
