It would have been an instant hit among the rats that spread the black plague had Lester not broken his time machine to travel back and culturize the rat race to take over the world. So since that didn't work Lester is going to be running for political office to take over the world. His opponent? the Brain. Also widely known as Pinky and The Brain from animaniacs.
