It's about wanting to scream all these things to somebody but for some reason you can't i.e. distance, not wanting to show your true emotions. So, you are only left with yourself and the overwhelming pain. So it all builds up inside you and you break. Lyrics Break Down Look at you, you’re really unsure. What have you made yourself believe you wanted to do? You needed room, that part is true. But why are we second-guessing love, we acted too soon. The deed is done, the phone drops to the ground. I look around, there’s no one else when I break down. I break down. Sometimes the silence can be a deafening sound. Well look at me, up to my eyes in misery.
