	Story Behind the Song The motivation for this song was a youth pastor of ours, he preached a sermon on how when you go through trials, all it does is makes you srtonger. The lyrics are pretty much what they say they are. Jesus Christ can pull you out of anything, basically. The song was written where we practice/ write songs. At our church in this modulator deal. Its more of a portable classroom sort of deal. It took us about 2 hours to write Roses, and we got it recorded in about 2 takes, so about 30 - 45 min.
