	Story Behind the Song It's about a person actualizing thier ending relationship and thinking out the 'what if's'. I wrote this song in the summer of 1990 in Roanoke Virginia when I was going through similiar transition. The song was written as a soft acoustic ballad however it just grew! I met a producer/publisher - D.A. Hayford and his friend, Richard Bassil - bassist for Marty Balin (Jefferson Starship) all together we packaged a demo and I showcased a solo performance shortly afterwards at the '1997 Durango Songwriter's Expo'.
