	Story Behind the Song Well, some of you may know and others may not of the story how I was dubbed a penguin about a year ago upon a message board by a fan of a band I perform in also called Almost Famous. For some odd reason or another this stuck and I am forever lived down in music history as a penguin who plays guitars and follows people around asking for banana's... lol This somehow inspired me to write the penguin song I guess when I started thinking of the colors that make up a penguin, which are mainly black and white. This led to thinking of black and white symbolizing good and evil so to speak which made me think that in a world of good and evil you have to be true to who you are and never stray from what you believe in your heart. Summer of 2002, while sitting on a swing in my back yard, The Penguin song was concieved for the very first time and I began to sing "I try to see the world in black and white" "I try to speak whats on my mind."
