	Story Behind the Song One of my friends, StealthNinja, found me this amazing beat (produced by XXN1927) and asked me to write a rap to accompany a flash intro for his web page. He was inspired to follow suit when he read an IRC freestyle about a fellow Counter-Strike clan. (This popular modification to Half-Life has enslaved many gamers for years - so much so that specific groups of players have joined together across the world to play against each other with the help of well-regulated online leagues. These groups of players are known as clans.) Happy to help and eager to start recording rap again, I agreed. That very night, I sat down at my computer to type up a rough draft of the lyrics in only a couple hours. The next morning, I spent another few hours recording it and mixing the vocals with the beat. StealthNinja's clan is International Destruction (known by the tag, id.) and more info about it can be found at www.id-feat.com if you're interested. Most lyrics deal with the game Counter-Strike and International Destruction, such as "id wins fourteen plus the pistol round". This alludes to the fifteen rounds played in a league match, the first popularly referred to as a "pistol round" because players can afford only to arm themselves with handguns. Whereas I'm normally nervous about freely distributing my work, I figure that this is the only way I can get this mp3 to everyone who wants to listen.
