Better version of Thousand Pieces. We used better recording equipment for this track, and it really paid off. Tell all of your friends to request it on 107.7 The End's Young & The Restless on Sunday nights!

    Story Behind the Song
This song was written about a concert our old band played. That night, our girlfriends totally made us feel like shit.

    Lyrics
There you go, say those words again
I thought you were a friend
Where were you when I needed you the most?
nowhere to be found - just a ghost

    So I run and hide
just like you so no-one can find
    Me looking at the stars
    trying to hide temporary scars

-C-If we were to fall into a thousand pieces
-H-what would you say as we
-O-swept ourselves up off the floor?
-R-Would you stay with me when I am broken?
-U-Would you be by my side when I need you
-S-to see if I am nothing but a broken memory

As I look to the stars with peaceful eyes
I realize: I've held this back for way too
long and you mean way too much to me
To be washed away with the sea

    Broken pieces, broken hearts
    broken dreams, back together
    I'm falling, you're not there
    I'm falling, you don't care
