	Story Behind the Song Although the literal subject matter is fictional, this song was an attempt to capture that frustration that you feel in a relationship when you find yourselves fighting over the same things over and over. I became very aware of patterns that both of us would play out in order to reach our conflict, and that inspired me to write a song as part of an effort to try and break that cycle. Lyrics It's another tempestuous evening Storm clouds are brewing around your head Separately seething despite candlelight Our backs in a staring contest for the night And it's pointless to point the blame now These patterns perfected, and played just the same Fighting is trying when it's true love that's dying I won't let you go, just hold on and say...
