	Story Behind the Song This song was written from an actual experience. Song describes the empty feeling in your heart when an expected call never comes...this very experience caused me to write about that feeling.. describing it as "Theres no one home here in my heart" I wrote this song one evening after waiting a couple days on a phone call from a girl that promised she would call. I cannot explain the anxiety that I felt in my heart...but in this song, I come close. Lyrics Don't you know how much it hurts... when you say your gonna call.. and I anxiously await.. But the phone won't ring at all. Then I try to get some sleep.. but it illudes me all night long.. and when the sun came up I called... just to find that your not home... Theres no one home...here in my heart Just an empty place that you have torn apart Theres no one home ..here in my heart and its a lonely place to be here in my heart. So I call in sick to work.. and think of drivin by your place. But I don't anticipate..that this will help our case. Would you tell me its alright? or would you tell me to go home? and after all these crazy thoughts... I can't believe I'm holding on. Theres no one home here in my heart.
