	Story Behind the Song This one is a fantasy love song with an occult twist. It took me several weeks to record this one using Cakewalk. I did all the instruments and vocals myself (my voice still needs a little polishing but I cover a little over a three octive range on this one). I did the drums on a keyboard but they sound ok. It's a rough copy but not bad all things considered. Lyrics Candlelight gleaming our eyes shine with meaning A connection that peirces the soul In deep affinity I was blinded with bliss A sensation the gods only know But as I tore from my sleep she was no where in sight In vein I searched the entire hall I started to think she was merely a dream But I swore I could still here her call: "In darkness I dwell" "But I have glimpsed the light" "In darkness we'll embrace" "And the flame will be lit" Then that night my dreams were haunted by visions of her face If she were only a dream no dream could match the first In restless wake I toss and turn pondering why she has not come Was she flesh or was she dream, is their chance will meet again Shadows filled my chamber and my mind, so I lit a candle and began to scry Surely the flame would unveil the truth, as it would chase away the shadows The images I saw were from worlds beyond, her face was shown along with the truth She was not flesh nor was she dream, instead an astral being was haunting my dreams I will fly to you my love, though my wings are tattered and torn In a blaze of fire and passion, I will see your true form I will desend into your arms, you'll will be my empress queen Together in perfect harmony, we shall live forever in peace "I am the serinating sky that blankets you with peace.
