Lyrics
Big Men -
Serious & Severe.
Masters of Iron, Molters of Steel.
The Levellers, these scrapyard warriors.
Entire nations are built upon their backs, and their machines, which require vast stretches to operate and compete.
These unsung Heroes of Industry.
Driving into the sun... Caught in a perpetual summer.
Mass of muscle, yes and quick.
No slouches when it comes to intellect.
These great utilizers will find the quickest way to extract the resources we require, the shortest path between two points. One had the idea of burning...
Now we're driving into the sun... caught in a perpetual summer.
It's yet to be disproved that burning creates heat, heroes of industry = creators of a great global warming. A noble idea the efficiancy, and new jobs for the economy, but we are left a little singed.
So it might damage many things. But you and I would break our teeth. In a race to mouth the teat, we'd drive across our own backs. To be the fastest for the lowest price, we get the farthest at the highest cost.
Driving into the sun... Caught in a perpetual summer.
