	Story Behind the Song This song was written in two parts. I (Andy) was at work taking a walk in a field on my lunch break when I brushed past a tree with wet leaves. This experience inspired the opening line, "Wet leaves are brushing up against my skin." From there the song developed with melody and lyrics in my head. When I played what I had for Emily, she quickly penned the lyrics for the bridge section and it was a done deal.
