    Story Behind the Song
It took a while to write this song because it was hard to come up with lyrics to fit the mood of the music: kind of dark and meloncholy. It was kind of a "what if" scenario: What if you loved someone who didn't know it, and maybe they didn't love you back?

    Lyrics
Why do you run, when you hear me callin'?
Out in the sun while the rain is fallin'
I can't help but wonder why
Your love has passed me by

    Where do you go?
When you run so far away
    I want to know
Why you won't hear a word I say
    It always comes down to
There's no time for me and you

    Chorus
And I want to know, I want to know, I want to know
Where do you go, where do you go, where do you go?
When the rain starts comin' down
And you're nowhere to be found

    (Guitar)

I can't help but wonder why
Your love has passed me by

    Bridge
When I look into your eyes
All I see are sunny skies
But when you turn and walk away
It seems the rain is here to stay

    Repeat Chorus 2X
