	Story Behind the Song Its a bit hard to say having not written the song. I think its basically about people believing in god, just because other people do, and just in case he exists. Dave had the riff for a while and played around with it in songs, then he finally wrote 'Athiest' It took us 2 takes to record and its recorded live in a studio.
