	Story Behind the Song I wrote this song years ago when I was living in Minneapolis- back in 1984 I think it was, while I was kind of going to school at the U. of Minnesota, while I was renting a small room in a house a little bit off of Dinkeytown. I remember it was in January I think. I can remember the snow had piled up along the roads and the curbs where the plows had dumped it. Lyrics I watch the stars and wonder if she's there Lookin' for me through her Xeonosphere They think I'm crazy to say she came one starry night And kissed me at the speed of light The sea was shining neath the stars of night I wandered to the shore and saw her in the moon's light She said she knew me from a world so far away Ten thousand light years from today In a world so far away She's just a girl from planet Xeon Just like any woman whose veins are filled with freon Don't think I'd like to live on Xeon on and on Though I loved her for a day If she comes from far away I'll fly across the Milky Way And then a message came from Perseus Via the mermaid who lived on Serious In summer's solstice when the moon was full in June She'd take me to her Xeon hume When the moon was full in June She's just a girl from planet Xeon Where the women laugh and never have their clothes on Maybe I'd like to live on Xeon on and on Where I'd love her all my days And eternity's O.K.
