	Story Behind the Song My brother and I used to go riding the dirt roads in rural Alabama just for fun. When it would rain it even got funnier and all our rowdy friends would get together and ride, get stuck, spend an hour or two, sometimes half the night trying to pull somebody out of the mud with a wench. Yeah, I know it would sound better with a live band but, after all, it is a hobby and beats the heck out of going to a Karioke bar listening to some drunk trying to sing somebody elses tune. At least I know most of the words to these songs. Lyrics On most any night when the weather is right, when it rains all day, then its time to play. Got to put that truck out in the mud. Its got a four wheel drive and an extra low gear and a set of mud grips that come up to here. Theres just no better way to play. Good clean fun on a muddy dirt road. Much more fun with a little half ton than Detroit ever intended. Well we all takes turns haulin butt through the mud. Takin bets on whole'll get stuck. I guess theres no better day. Well look out now, here another one comes, slinging that mud and makin that run. Stand back and watch that sucker drive. I guess theres nothing to say. Hes got mud in his teeth and theres mud in his hair, I even think theres mud down in his beer, but he's gonna drink it anyway. Yeah.
