	Story Behind the Song Jesus was my motivation for this tune!Im a firm believer that whenever things are bad,they will get better!! This song was two unfinished tunes,I just fused them together as one!I was jamming one Saturday afternoon when this song came,I needed a chorus,so I had the part{Up and Down thats the way that it goes} meaning everyday life,so I put that together with the verses...You follow me??It took a few hours to write and record.I did it all on about 10 takes.Again..I play all the instruments and vocals.
