There are certain times in relationships that we all make mistakes that we can't change but we wish that we could. This song is an apology to the one i love, for what i've done and what's happened. |
CD: Don't have a CD
Label: Don't got one.....yet
Credits: Lyrics/Vocals/Guitar : Kim Hinahara....Inspiration: Erin Gundlach |
Story Behind the Song
The motivation for this song was my fiance erin and how i've done her wrong, and just really messed up situations that i've put her through. I took a long think to myself and out came the song....i wanted to say sorry but not in the conventional way because she's heard that too much. I didn't keep time on how long it took to write it because with real emotions, there's never too much or too less time to express yourself. It took about 30-40 minutes to record because i wanted this song to be as close to perfect as i could make it, and it took about 3-5 takes.
Lyrics
Got into another arguement today, Yeah we got into another fight. I can't think of any words to say or any actions to make this right. All i know it's 1:58 in the morning and i'm all alone. I'd swallow my pride and keep back my words, if you'd just come back home. Because i need you and i want you and maybe that's just selfish. But with innocent minds come some fucked up times, i need you regardless. And i know i hurt you today, and i know that i've pushed you away, and you know it's time for me to change. And i can't change my past mistake and i can't take away all the heartbreaks. I guess there's just one thing left to do, i'm sorry for hurting you. I need to change because i love you. i wanna change because i need you....
