	Story Behind the Song Brand new version recorded in the basement December 28, 2002, with special guests the New Heads. Old, a song penned by then four-year-old "Ned" Nermo (who had a short but prolific writing streak with No Fun) was made famous by David M's band No Fun when it was featured on 1978's seminal "Vancouver Complication" LP. Due to song sequencing many to this day mistakenly think this track was by art-rock combo "e". "Old" was also the eponymous title of No Fun's 1985 compilation of their 1976-79 output. Old has been recorded by a wide array of artists including the New Heads, the New Heads on the Block, and No Fun with the New Heads.
