	Story Behind the Song This song was recorded last year at 1am on a hot August night in New York City. Jason Walker picked up my guitar and began to play the chords as I sat staring at the Empire State building from my fire escape 6 floors above Sullivan Street. I peeked inside and said, "Dude, did you write this? Does it have words?!?". It did, and I was blown away. I decided to record it with him right there on the spot. He recorded each of his vocal tracks and the acoustic track in practically one take. I added the lead guitar, bass, backing guitar, and another backup vocal track with harmonies later on. Jason wrote this song for a girl called "Jessica", but like most love songs this one can hit us all close to home.
