	Story Behind the Song Remember when you were a little kid and you had no deadlines to meet, no forms to fill out, and no assignments due? Skylark's Song was written in a top floor guest room in le Chateau de Lesvault in Burgundy one afternoon while watching my four year-old daughter out 'skylarking' in a big field of dandelions. This is a live recording from a year 2001 Gingko Trio performance at The Satellit Café in Paris. Our guest percussionist is Fred Soul.
