	Story Behind the Song Let's face it. Rock n' Roll is in a sad state right now. This song was written in the Spring of 1999, during the reign of carbon-copy boy bands. This in mind, a frustrated Aaron Winter conceptualized the basis of this song. Lyrics Have you heard, have you heard the things I keep inside? Rock and Roll has died, and so have you.
