Story Behind the Song
Originally, I wasn't going to even write a song. I had fired up my music sequencing software to play around with some loose ideas floating around my head dealing with various chords and such. A few of the riffs heard throughout the song have been randomly generated following variable guidelines such as what chord the notes were allowed to fall under, how many octives it should span, etc... I started putting together something I felt sounded quite well and descided to construct a beat to go behind it as well as the other parts of the song. The ever changing rythem patterns I made special for a friend of mine whom I look up to in creating music, as he once told me how he hates basic loops that repeat, so I tried to ensure that no part of the song could be concidered overly redundant. Each insturment in my songs is a voice of it's own, with it's own thing to say. I make sure that each part of the whole gets it's own time to "shine" in the spotlight as a solo, break down, or whatever allows it to stand out or play along with for wich ever phrase I dedicate to it. This song however is just a basis of my idea for it. There will be a few more revisions and remixes of it that I may later provide to the public. And if you're wondering, the current version of this song is the result of about 8 hours work; straight through from start to finish.
