Story Behind the Song
When I moved to Liverpool to study Music at McCartneys school of art, I saw how important my friends back in norway was, all those moments we had, all the fun things we did. You may not think of that right now, but when you grow older, these are the things you wanna remember. And that's why those moments are so important to hold on to. Just like pictures on a wall... Lyrics
Now and then
By Håvard Lothe Lauritsen
I’m sitting here and thinking
Of all the places I’ve been
Trying to remember, things I’ve
Done, things I’ve seen
And I remember summer nights
We stayed up all night drinking vodka with ice
It’s long gone now,
But I have the moments framed
Their on the wall,
Reminding me of the good times we had before
And there’s many to come and I’ll place them all on the wall
Some things I can’t remember,
Some things I can’t believe I would do
They all add up for something, and in the
End it’s me and you
It’s long gone now,
But I have the moments framed
Their on the wall,
Reminding me of the good times we had before
And there’s many to come and I’ll place them all on the wall
This is how I never forget, things I hope for, things I regret
But then again you never know, when a moment worth keeping comes along
And you don’t wanna be sitting alone, twenty year from now on
Without any moments to hold, just a big empty wall, grey and cold
It’s long gone now,
But I have the moments framed
Their on the wall,
Reminding me of the good times we had before
And there’s many to come and I’ll place them all on the wall
