This is another one you could get up and dance to, if so inclined. "Øl", pronounced 'url', is Danish for beer. The Earl of beer. Sort of a bilingual play on words. Occasionally I like to borrow from other tongues for my song titles. Funky, catchy tune. Give it a listen. | MP3.com CD: The Dance of Life - buy it!

Story Behind the Song
Okay, I used a different word here. "Øl" is Danish for beer. The Earl of beer. Or should I say Beer.(or BEER). The word is pronounced 'url', so I was sorta doing a play on words.
The music was put together pretty spontaneously, a kind of cool line played over Dminor and B-flat maj7th chords. I worked on this one as far as synchronizing the bass & drums, hopefully got a nice syncopation(funk)thing going.
Wrote this a couple days ago but titled it now(01/07/03)-en dag nar jeg trængte til nogle øl.(A day when I needed some beer). Hope you enjoy "The Earl of Øl".
