	Story Behind the Song "almost sara chestnut" is an experimental pop song playing with a six measure musical phrase. the tune was written in a treehouse in seattle, washington during the soggyass winter of 1999. lyrically, sara chestnut is about a vague epiphany that was flying around the doorway moldings of the treehouse at the time. the layman's translation goes something like: "i am fulfilled to be spending time with you, you beautiful poignant thing. you eyes are the same color that is swimming around under the canopy of trees."
