	Story Behind the Song My friend Matt was giving me crap about never recording anything that rocks, even though when we're just jamming, a lot of what we play is stuff like this. So I wrote one song for this album as a nod of the head to Dinosaur Jr., Helmet, and Matt. See, I can write rock and roll, too.
