	Story Behind the Song While in college attempting to put a new band together, Paul and Wayne played for short time with Brian Imboden, an accomplished bass player. Brian had previously written the basic idea of Ease, complete with lyrics. Paul took the lyrics and wrote a melody to the song, and along with another guitar player, the three recorded the first version of Ease in 1995. Recognizing that Ease was an exceptional song, Rochambeax polished the lyrics, recomposed the music, and the result is what you can hear today. Lyrics I am all alone, my head is now my home, inward staring, past all caring and longing for respite, my mind just longs for rest, cares not what is best, hell and heaven same, drift apart no shame, but things will look up, my time with you is now up, my whole life ahead, i dream forward instead, split apart my brain, release me from all strain, ease my burden please, cure this damn disease, i infect all i touch, everything turns to dust, peace is all i seek, my will to live is weak
