	The Starries split in December 2002 and this is a kind of tribute to them. "Sunbeam" was an example of the band's quieter moments and the one the crowd always shouted for. I often felt that beneath the noise and chaos that Richard and Geordie were the Lennon and McCartney of the Birmingham Lo-fi scene. I wish them lusk in their future projects.
