	Story Behind the Song it is fucking idiotic that this "enlightened" and "revolutionary" "scene" still conforms to the moronic sexist ideals that permeate every issue of TV guide and harper's bazaar. women are not here to be displayed, ridiculed, and pass out blowjobs...if you're involved in bands or putting on shows and spending time making sure that you have the right amount of poetry in your lyrics and the right amount of pomade in your hair to score with some girl after the show, there is a door, and you can walk right through it and join kid rock's twisted brown trucker band. all five of us have had shitty experiences with girls and we've all had potentially destructive thoughts about it...but those thoughts aren't meant to be made into some sort of act that becomes nothing less than a faux emotional routine. if you have been hurt so badly that you feel the need to express yourself in your music and art, then by all means, write your song and get on...educate yourself about something else and write under a different subject next time...and realize that not all of your female contemporaries are the ex-girlfriend that made your life a living hell.
