	Story Behind the Song Love this song. We wanted to have a new song for the new compilation cd "The Way it Works Vol. 1". We recorded back at Pete Bankert's Rock City studio where High Atop the Giving Tree was recorded. We mastered with Dave Feeny over at the tempermill. This was our first experience working with a click track and Pro tools. I don't recommend either. This recording is awesome, except for one complaint I have. I always double my guitar solos, but I couldn't use one of the tracks as it got corrupted with all this static and crap during some transfer from pro tools back to tape. I had to have my outro solo not be doubled which wasn't the sound I was going for..... Boo Hoo. Other than that, Odonata is killer. We are very proud of Odonata. WE have many ideas for future recordings including a possible live ep and maybe some more singles like this for future compilation cd's. ERiK
