	Story Behind the Song Written 10-5-01 in New York at the site of World Trade Center tragedy. The magnitude of seeing the actual WTC sight was so great that I could not cry. All I could do was look in awe and write “Borrowed Tears” as I saw others nearby cry freely. Lyrics BORROWED TEARS You left us before your time leaving families and friends behind.
