	Story Behind the Song August 3,1991,Crown of Life was first recorded before a live audience. Words and song arrangement was re-written and re-arranged by Boston in his living room with Garland on keyboards. In Madea's car (Damon's grandma)on the way to the studio,the song was taught again to the Vessels (Lashon,Montriesa & Janel.After about an hour and a half in the studio,the song was recorded and a rough mix of the song was made.
