	Story Behind the Song Song was inspired by GK Will when recalling a story of how he felt sick after eating White Castles the night before and how he was trying to keep from getting sick on the way to work... he didn't make it and pulled off the side of the road to purge... song was cut on a Roland VS1880. Guitar was Epiphone ET290 thru a POD. Drums were a 60's Japanese kit. Moog was a Micromoog. Song is in drop C tuning. song was cut in 2 takes. Drums and left channel guitar were cut live. the rest were dubs... whole song was done in a couple of hours... the whole song was written by Mark at 6AM in the shower in a moment of inspiration, or not... Lyrics I can hold it down I won't be disgraced though I am on the ground and sweat pours off my face I can hold it down stomach acid's churn high waves on the rolling seas another lesson learned now comes the bravery...
