	Story Behind the Song Inspired by my view that parliamentary "democracy" in Britain is a bad joke and a very silly game for grown ups to play. Originally written in 1981 and appeared under the title "Here Here Here" on first Tim Burness album "Burnessence" in 1983. Re-recorded in 1988 for my 1989 single "Learning To Fly" and achieved airplay on Radio One. Released again on 1997 extended single and demo "Infinite Ocean".
