	Story Behind the Song "The Ring" This was probably the most difficult song for me to write. It's about my father who passed away about 12 years ago. A few years back, I was at a very low point in my life, almost suicidal. One night I was in a really bad depression and woke up and saw my dad standing beside my bed. He told me that everything would be alright and that he wanted me to wear his ring. Anyway, that is where I got the inspiration for this song.
