The lyrics explain the fact that everyday Christians everywhere "get scared" and back down from challenges that people find it easy to set up. At the same time they sometimes try go too far and end up being hypocritical. The song was written by 7000Years in their practice space. It took about 2 days to write it, 2 days to record it.
