	Story Behind the Song Forgetful is a grand old ditty about sexual obsession. Or, to put a more personal face on it, my sexual obsession. It is about a woman that I was involved with for many, many years, who I had developed quite an unhealthy fixation on before I realized that it was actually wasting my time. Not only that, but in my infinite stupidity I blamed her for a lot of the mess I was going through. The song is about that. Not so much about falling in love and the falling out of it, but lusting to the point of pain and then blaming the other person for that lust..
