	Story Behind the Song "The Dead Horse" is the name of a song I wrote when I was sixteen or so. It was an instrumental played on solo acoustic guitar. I never did much with the song until recently when I changed the melody and chord progression during the chorus, as well as the rhythm and tempo of the whole piece. For the recording I split the fingerpicking into separate guitars, and it ended up sounding like this.
