	Story Behind the Song This song is about how I feel about how my ex treated me, cheated on me, and then left me for a friend. This song was actually written a couple years ago. It was originally recorded as Between. Then time went by and our recording skills grew better, our talents developed better, and our ideas on how the song should sound changed. It took about 3 hours to record after final revision. Lyrics Verse 1: This is where you belong, in a cage of deception. Where you can look among your bars, and feel alone in your detention. Both of us cant be right, you dont have to admit defeat. I cant tell you how to live your life, but get the hell out of mine. Chorus: I dont want this, and i dont need this. Im caught between my love and hate. I can hear you, and I can feel you, I sure as hell cant take anymore. Verse 2: This is how it always begins, at the start of it all.
