Kind of an extension of the Johnny B. Goode tradition. Not rockabilly, since there's a lot of 60's and 70's influence, kind of like "Moondog Matinee" from the band. Most of the guitar parts were recorded on a Gibson L-7, which I've had since 1969. It's still older than me. This (once again) dates to 1986. The song was re-recorded and remixed countless times this fall. The guitar solo is by "Steev" Schreiber. I first came across him by following the noise from a Marshall played in a second floor apartment in 1973. | MP3.com CD: Best Foot Forward - buy it!

Lyrics
"... All of the world's intrigues, are kind of out of my league, you know I don't read "The New York Times". And I can't take the jive, I get from nine to five, but I'm gonna leave my troubles behind, with my Rock And Roll Mind...
