A nice little ballad for piano and bass, that I wrote for the agony within

Story Behind the Song
This song was written pretty fast. I just sat down with this piano and the melodies just came to me, one after the other. I always relate to the Twin Peaks theme when I hear this, don't ask why. I was finished with all the parts in about three weeks, and recorded the piano November 22nd.
I got this wierd idea to add some jazzy drums, and just a bass, to create some fusionlike track. The bass was recorded the 26th, and I realised that the track had this spooky sound, with the lonesome piano and bass, so I skipped the drumidea. Then when I almost was asleep, that very night, I got this thought of adding a really BIG beat to the end. Then I would fade out the song, to create a dreamlike end to it all. The next day, the 27th, I programmed the big beat, and added a synth just for fun. It ended up sounding so great, that I just abandoned the whole fade-out idea!
When I mastered the song, I added these strange ambient noises, and they really pushed the whole feel of the song, to a even more neurotic and miserable state.
