His story is witness to the importance of a safe and loving home environment during the earliest years of life.

	Story Behind the Song As a paramedic, I responded to a call for a young boy who was shot at close range by a 12 gauge shot gun. We tried relentlessly to save him but to no avail. His face I constantly see as he took his last breath. We wrote this song in rememberance of him and the importance of a proper home environment for children.
